Welcome to The Lockr. These Terms of Use ("Terms") and the attached Privacy & ID Verification Policy (together, the "Agreement") describe the rules and responsibilities for using The Lockr website, mobile apps and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & ID Verification Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • You / User / Member: any person accessing or using the Service.
  • Domme(s): verified dominant accounts who may be granted restricted access to verification and rating tools.
  • Sub(s): verified submissive accounts who may upload identification and other verification materials.
  • Verification Data / ID: photographs or scans of government-issued ID, selfie photos, or other documents submitted for verification.
  • We / The Lockr / Company: The Lockr, the operator of the Service.

9. Age & Consent

You must be 18 years or older to use The Lockr. By submitting ID you represent and warrant you are the person on the ID and that you are 18+.

We will terminate or suspend any account when we have reliable evidence that the user is underage.

10. Ratings, Reviews & Access

Verified users may be granted restricted access to certain non-sensitive verification metadata (verification status and date) to inform decisions about whether to allow rating or further interactions.

Ratings and reviews submitted become part of the Service and may be visible to others according to your privacy settings. Ratings do not include raw ID images.

Abusive or defamatory reviews are prohibited and subject to removal per our Content and Moderation Policy.

11. Content & Conduct Rules

You must not upload pornographic images of minors, sexually exploitative content, or any illegal content. Adult consensual content may be subject to additional restrictions.

You must not impersonate another person or submit forged IDs.

Users who violate safety, legal or community rules may be suspended or banned.

13. Liability, Disclaimers & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, The Lockr is provided "as is" and we disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for behavior of other users. While we provide verification tools and safety features, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

You agree to indemnify The Lockr from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, fraudulent submissions, or breach of these Terms.

14. Refunds & Paid Features

All purchases of paid features are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered case-by-case and can be submitted through Support.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update these Terms and this Privacy & ID Verification Policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Effective date" and—in cases of material changes—provide notice via email or in-app.
